Q: How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Q: How to track my order?
You can send your tracking number in the query boxes on right of buttom for automatically checking or duplicate your tracking number to other logistics website for checking.
Q: The product I want are out of stock, what can I do?
If you are fond of any product that is out of stock on our websited, please email us at auskang_us@163.com with the product details and we will notify you once it is back in stock.
